The Release and Receive Ritual honours the reality that navigating grief requires both clearing heavy sorrow and welcoming in gentle comfort. This set contains sprays, crystals and a specially written "ritual" designed by Amanda to help support you through this challenging time. Remember that grief isn't exclusively reserved for bereavement, there are many other losses we may experience as we go through life that can also be a cause of grief and grieving. It is important we acknowledge and heal these too.

The "Release" Ritual: Grief can feel physically heavy, confusing, or make us feel hyper-anxious. The Bluebell Release spray acts as an energetic shield and a catalyst for letting go, allowing the user to safely vent heavy, dense emotions without feeling consumed by them.
