Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Angelic Celestial Colours. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship

We ship throughout the UK and internationally using Royal Mail, which has proven to be the most reliable and cost-effective courier for our needs.

Republic of Ireland

Unfortunately, due to recent customs regulations changes, we are now unable to ship to Ireland. This is because An Post no longer accept liquids in any form. It is possible that we could arrange a courier delivery but please be advised this will likely be expensive however, we are happy to quote if you wish to go down that route.

Orders up to 10kg can be placed directly through the website. If your order exceeds this limit, or you receive a message saying there are no shipping options available for your area, please contact us for a custom quote at info@angeliccelestialcolours.co.uk.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours (Monday to Thursday, we are not open on Fridays). During busy periods such as holidays or new product launches, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is likely to be a delay, we will always keep you informed.

If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within 5 working days, please get in touch and we’ll investigate. Confirmation and tracking emails sometimes go to spam, so please check there first.

Delivery Options

UK Customers:

  • Tracked 24 (1st Class): A faster delivery option, though not guaranteed next day

  • Tracked 48 (Standard): Reliable and cost-effective

International Customers:

We use tracked services where available. Your order will need to clear customs in your country, and import taxes or charges may apply. If these are not paid and the order is returned to us, we will deduct a £5 admin fee and the original shipping cost from any refund.

For United States customers, please note that from 29 August, import duties and taxes are now collected in advance at checkout in line with the latest tariff changes. This means there will be no additional customs charges on delivery.

Please be sure to read our International Customers page before placing your order from outside the UK.

Damaged or Leaking Items

We take great care when packing your order. However, if your sprays arrive damaged or leaking, please contact us at info@angeliccelestialcolours.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and packaging. This helps us process any claims with Royal Mail and support you as quickly as possible.

If you need your order by a certain date, please email info@angeliccelestialcolours.co.uk before ordering. We will always do our best to meet your request and provide a realistic timescale.
