FAQs

When will my parcel arrive?

We try to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt. In busy times this may take a little longer but we will always notify you by email if there is going to be a significant delay. As a rough guide, parcels sent within the UK should arrive within 5 days of placing your order, if not please get in touch. Europe: please allow at least 14 days. Rest of the World: please allow 28 days.

Below are some of the common questions we received, please read through this before contacting us!

Import Taxes

Please note that if you live outside of the UK your order may attract import taxes/customs duty etc. in accordance with your particular country's regulations.  We strongly suggest you check what these charges/regulations are before placing an order. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Note: Since Brexit on 1 January 2021 these import taxes also apply to countries in the EU.

How many sprays can you fit in one parcel?

We are limited to 13 sprays per parcel or a weight limit of 2 kilos. If you wish to order more than this you will need to place a second order.

I am trying to place an order but keep getting a message that you don't ship to my area?

See above. The weight limit for international orders is 2 kilos, so if you have several sprays and maybe some oracle cards in your basket and you get this message its because your basket is overweight.  Remove some items and try to check out again.

How soon will you send my order?

As soon as we possibly can! Busy periods are Mondays and prior to holidays, when new sprays are released, special offers etc. Keep an eye on the ACC Facebook and Instagram pages for news about this. Or sign up for the newsletter (at the bottom of the home page on the website).

We turn around the majority of orders within 24/48 hours but please bear in mind we have no control over the post services/customs etc. Our products are hand made so might need to be made to order.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an email and you can also get text updates if you like. Please double check your email address and phone number for typos. It is surprising how many people make typos in their email address!  

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes. If you let us know before we have dispatched it. Contact us at amandaellisorders@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include  your order number.

Can I add something to my order?

Yes, if you let us know before we have dispatched it. Contact us at amandaellisorders@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will issue an invoice for the extra costs.  On receipt of the extra payment due we will despatch your order.

Can I email/telephone you with my order?

We don’t have the facilities to take telephone orders/payments. All orders must go through the web shop.

I don't have a PayPal account, can I still order?

Yes of course. You don’t need a Paypal account. When you check out you will also be able to use a debit/credit card.

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world with the notable exceptions of South Africa and Saudi Arabia. Some countries have restrictions on the import of essential oils or prohibitions on the import of religious items. We recommend checking the national import laws of your country before purchasing.

What are your hours of business?

You can place an order on the website 24/7. However orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday.

How do I sign up for the newsletter?

Go to the home page of the ACC website and scroll down to the bottom, you will see a box where you sign up with your email.  You may not get a confirmation that you are signed up but you will be.  If you really aren't sure, email us and we can check for you.  Please don't ask us to sign you up as we are not allowed to because of data protection laws.  Again make sure you type in your email address carefully.  

I signed up for the newsletter but I haven't received it?

Either it will be in your spam folder or if not, you have probably mistyped your email address.  If not in spam then ask us to check your email address for you.  As the email comes from the Shopify website your spam filter will probably identify it as a marketing email.  If you sign up after we have sent the newsletter then you won't get it until the next month but again, if you contact us then we can send it to you.

I don't know what spray to choose can you help me?

We will do our best to help you but we strongly encourage you to trust your own intuition. Archangel Metatron, and indeed all the Archangels and Ascended Masters, want us to realise that we CAN do it ourselves. They are always there to guide us when needed but ultimately it is up to us. If you are unsure which spray to choose, close your eyes for a moment and ask Metatron. If you have a pendulum, use that. He will tell you and you should trust what you get. If you’re not sure, read the channelled message about the spray and see if it resonates. It's impossible to make the wrong choice.  Some guidance from Amanda about choosing sprays can be found on the Home page of the ACC website too.

What is your returns policy?

We don’t accept returns unless there is something wrong with the spray. If your order arrives damaged then please get in touch at amandaellisorders@gmail.com and let us know. We don’t expect you to return damaged items to us but please take photographs if possible as this will assist us when making a claim.

My atomiser is blocked

Try filling a mug with very hot water and placing the spray (head) end in the water for a few minutes to soak. When the water is cool enough to touch, turn the atomiser the right way up and, keeping the tube in the water, pump it through. This usually clears any blockages caused by the oils. If it doesn’t work or the atomiser is broken and doesn’t pump at all then contact us and we will send a replacement.  If you live outside the UK it is probably cheaper and quicker for you to source these locally. We will reimburse you for a faulty spray of course.  Please contact us first so we can discuss the best course of action.  

Is Amanda doing any workshops this year?

Keep an eye on the Newsletter, websites and Facebook/Instagram pages as they will be advertised there.  The Newsletter always gets the most up to date and exclusive news so do sign up for that if you haven't already.

Can I get a reading with Amanda?

Amanda does not give personal readings except for the students of the Platinum Level 1 package. If you contact amandaellisinfo@gmail.com we can put you in touch with some other excellent readers who are also Metatron teachers in their own right, trained by Amanda.

How do I get in touch with Amanda, I have an interesting story to share with her?

Amanda regrets that she is unable to enter into any personal correspondence. However, she always loves to hear from people and appreciates it when anyone takes the time to get in touch. There are opportunities to make comments on the YouTube videos or Facebook and Instagram posts where Amanda is most likely to read and appreciate your stories.

How do I use the sprays?

We no longer include leaflets with the sprays as all information is available on the website.  Use the QR code on the back of the spray to get to the spray info or you can go directly from the Home page, there are links at the bottom of the page.

How do I store the sprays?

In a cool place, out of direct sunlight and away from electrical appliances.

Are the sprays safe to use in pregnancy/medical conditions?

If you have any medical conditions we strongly recommend you consult a healthcare professional before using the sprays. Legally we cannot recommend that the sprays are used in pregnancy.

Some oils should not be used if you have certain medical conditions such as diabetes, epilepsy, high blood pressure etc (see note below). You can find more information about this on the page accessed by the QR code on each spray.  You can also find this page in the pink "footer" on the home page of the ACC website ("List of ingredients used in sprays"). Please read this carefully.  It also details any contra-indications for each spray.

Essential oils should always be used with care if you have sensitive skin and should be sprayed away from eyes and mucous membranes. They should never be ingested. Some essential oils (mainly the citrus oils) can be phototoxic which means you should stay out of the sun if you get any on your skin.

Always keep out of reach of children. If you are using the children’s sprays with your child, please always supervise this and explain to the child that essential oils might smell nice but they are powerful and have to be treated with respect. Ensure that they are informed about safe usage in an age appropriate way. Safety information can be found on the website.

Contra-indications:

All contra-indications are listed in the "List of ingredients used in sprays" accessed by the QR code on the bottles or, as mentioned above, on the home page.  If you have any health conditions or concerns at all please read these first.

Gifts for Amanda

Amanda is very appreciative of the many gifts, cards etc that she is sent and is touched by many of them but we ask that you please consider that if you send a gift from outside the UK, Amanda does have to pay customs duty on it. It can be quite a substantial sum and must be paid before delivery, before she even knows what the gift is. 

Due to the number of gifts Amanda is receiving now, we ask that if you do want to send a gift you must also be willing to cover the cost of these charges. When we know what it is we can invoice you.  If the charges aren't paid the parcel will not be claimed and will be returned to sender.  We are really sorry to have to do this but the sums involved are really quite substantial now.

Amanda also gets sent a lot of "gifts" from people hoping she will endorse or advertise something. Amanda is really sorry she is not able to do this. If you do wish to show your appreciation may we suggest that you make a donation instead? Do you ship to South Africa?

We have been advised by the post office that it is prohibited to ship any kind of liquid to SA so unfortunately we are no longer able to ship any orders there.

Can you send products to Saudi Arabia?

Saudi Arabia prohibit the import of any item that can be perceived as being religious.  So anything mentioning angels or Christ etc. would certainly fall under this category and be destroyed.

What is the registered company address?

The address is 7 Lynwood Court, Priestlands Place, Lymington, Hampshire SO41 9QA, UK.  Please do NOT send any correspondence/gifts to this address though. Amanda will not receive it. Use the PO Box address given above.
