If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@angeliccelestialcolours.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your parcel. While we do not require you to return the damaged item, we kindly ask that you send clear photographs of:

• The product(s)

• The outer packaging

• Any visible leakage or breakage

This helps us process a replacement or refund and make a claim with the postal service.

We do not offer refunds or returns on:
