Wonderful 3 sprays, and very powerful sprays, especially the motivate me spray. They all smell divine. Love having them in front of a light so it can shine through the bottles & see their wonderful colours. The journal is a bonus too, its free as part of the purchase, a really lovely good quality journal, I shall enjoy making notes in it whilst listening to Amanda's great videos. I ordered this set as I have M.E/CFS & was feeling particularly exhausted & depleted. I needed an energy boost & to get motivated to use my energy stores to the greatest effect. My order was dispatched & delivered very speedily as always, excellent customer service from the ACC team. I used all 3 sprays simultaneously as soon as they arrived & felt the energy within them getting to work straight away. Emerald Recovery & Renewal has always been a favourite but I had not tried this combination before. This set is definitely my daily go to from now on! I actually have them beside me when I’m sat resting & can feel the energy emitted even without spraying. I spray all 3 at the start of my day.
