Spray 1 - Archangel Zadkiel: I’m Sorry & Please Forgive Me (the Release Mist)

An ultra-soothing blend designed to help you acknowledge stored pain, regret, or heavy emotional baggage. It gently softens the heart, allowing you to take compassionate responsibility and release what no longer serves your growth.

To get the most out of your Ho’oponopono Collection, use this simple daily ritual to align your thoughts, words, and energy field. Please note that the 4 phrases can be said in any order. But bring to them the issue, problem, situation or relationship you are working on in that moment.

Prepare Your Space, light a candle or some incense. Perhaps you'd like to make a grid or altar.

Sit quietly for a moment. Take three deep, grounding breaths. Close your eyes.

Starting with the first bottle, spray the mist in a gentle arc above your head and shoulders, allowing the high-vibrational droplets to rain down into your aura. As the mist settles, speak or mentally recite the corresponding prayer:

• When using Archangel Zadkiel (The Release spray):
  Take a deep breath, accept total responsibility for your current feelings, and say:"I’m sorry. Please forgive me."

• When using Quan Yin (The Gratitude spray):
  Feel the shift in your energy, focus on the lessons your challenges have taught you, and say:"Thank you."

• When using Sanat Kumara (The Divine Compassion spray:
  Place both hands over your heart centre, breathe in the nurturing scent, and say:"I love you."

Keep your eyes closed for a few more moments. Feel the heavy attachments leaving your energy field and notice the space of pure peace, clarity, and unconditional love opening up within you.
